Artist Statement:
​
Warfroism is a tribute to the unsung freedom warriors across the African diaspora. The works showcase individuals who fought relentlessly for freedom, justice, and equality, but whose names are not always celebrated in mainstream history. Through my art, I seek to honor the bravery and strength of these individuals and elevate their stories for future generations to learn from. My goal is to inspire viewers to reflect on the contributions of these often-overlooked heroes and to recognize that their legacies continue to shape the world we live in today. By shining a light on these unsung warriors, I hope to inspire others to stand up for justice and freedom in their own lives.

Artist Statement:
The Ephemera Series Vol. 1 was designed to show the essence and emotion of black women. The exhibition also collaborates with black female poets, presenting them with a platform to express themselves through poetry. Artist Dismoc Le Ma takes this concept a step further, utilizing videos in connection with poetry and art to exploit the mistreatment of black women. While also advocating for black women's empowerment.

Artist Statement:
Respect The Woman In The Red Dress is a series that explores the journey of finding alignment in a relationship. During the journey, there's a continuous spinning circle that factors several roadblocks. The series represents these roadblocks using artistic elements. The backgrounds of the paintings are in duotone. Utilizing the colors blue and red represents how a relationship can go from cold to hot or vice versa. The series also incorporates typography in the paintings.
